- Registered CA Architect
- 5-10+ years of experience
- Need to be very experienced in all aspects of Type 5 construction.
- Type 1 experience also beneficial.
- Need experience with Hotels and Apartments.
NOAA Group is seeking an experienced Project Architect to manage projects from Conceptual Design through completion of Construction. In this role, you will lead teams of Engineers and Contractors, and meet directly with Clients, to develop and execute small to large-scale projects, according to schedules and budgets. This position balances active Architectural duties with a leadership role in both the design and preparation of building plans, as well as oversight of construction.
An Architect’s License is preferred, and you must have 5+ years of experience in the following:
- Registration in CA preferred but not required.
- Need to be able to run projects independently, including managing drafts-people.
- Need complete understanding of CDs, be able to redline drawings and coordinate Consultants.
- 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Need to be highly proficient in Revit.
- Architecture Degree preferred, but not mandatory, depending on experience.
